Subscription & Billing Policy

D3E Website Builder offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe in U.S. dollars (USD). By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

The following plans are available. Features and limits may change; the in-app plan comparison and your account dashboard reflect current entitlements.

Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing receives a 20% discount compared to paying the monthly rate for twelve months.

Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews on the same calendar day each month or year, unless canceled.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Renewal charges use the payment method on file with Stripe. You will receive email confirmation when a subscription starts and when invoices are paid.

You can manage payment methods and view invoices from your account billing dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal.

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. Stripe calculates a prorated charge for the remainder of your current billing period based on the price difference between plans.

You can preview the prorated amount before confirming an upgrade from your account.

When you downgrade to a lower paid plan, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan features until that date.

A pending downgrade can be canceled before it takes effect, restoring your current plan without interruption.

Downgrading to the Free plan is treated as a cancellation at period end (see Cancellation below).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing or through the Stripe Customer Portal.

By default, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to paid features until that date, and no further charges are made after the period ends.

If you choose to cancel immediately, your paid access ends right away and your account is moved to the Free plan. No refund is issued for unused time.

If you cancel before a scheduled renewal, you can reactivate before the period ends to undo the cancellation.

The Free plan requires no payment. When a paid subscription ends—whether by cancellation, non-payment, or expiration—you are moved to the Free plan subject to Free plan limits.

Sites or features exceeding Free plan limits may become unavailable until you upgrade or reduce usage.

The Early Adopter plan is a limited-time promotional tier. We may close this offer to new subscribers at any time. Existing Early Adopter subscribers retain their plan until they change or cancel it.

Promotional codes may provide percentage or fixed discounts at checkout. Each code has its own eligibility rules, expiration, and usage limits.

Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounts apply only as described at the time of redemption.

One-time usage add-on packs can be purchased to extend plan quotas:

Add-ons are charged once at purchase and credited to your account immediately. Add-on purchases are non-refundable once credited. See our Refund Policy.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge according to its retry schedule. We may send email reminders and restrict access to paid features if payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Paid invoices and receipts are available in your account billing dashboard and through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Prices shown are in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be added at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.

We may change plan prices or limits. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect on renewal. You may cancel before the increase if you do not agree to the new price.

Each plan includes limits on websites, custom domains, bandwidth, AI generation, and other usage metrics as described in the plan comparison.

If you exceed plan limits, you may need to upgrade, purchase add-ons, or reduce usage. We may throttle or suspend access that materially exceeds fair use for your plan.
