Refund Policy

This policy explains D3E Website Builder's policy on refunds for subscriptions and add-on purchases.

Summary

All subscription fees and usage add-on purchases on D3E Website Builder are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

Subscription fees

Monthly and annual subscription fees are final once charged. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including when you cancel mid-cycle.

If you cancel at period end, you retain access until the end of the paid period but receive no refund for the remaining days in that period.

If you cancel immediately, your paid access ends right away and your account moves to the Free plan. No refund is issued for unused time.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months on annual plans.

You may cancel an annual plan to prevent renewal at the end of the term; no refund is issued for the current term.

Usage add-ons

One-time add-on purchases (such as AI image packs and LLM call packs) are final and non-refundable once the credits are applied to your account.

If an add-on purchase fails to credit your account due to a technical error, contact [email protected] and we will investigate.

Free plan

The Free plan does not involve payment. No refunds apply.

Cancellation is not a refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges (or ends access immediately if you choose instant cancel). It does not reverse charges already paid.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date. You can manage cancellation from Account → Billing or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
